Who you're agreeing with
Grihum is a brand owned and operated by Homeway, a real-estate brokerage registered with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority under HRERA-PKL-REA-3369-2025. Our office is at Shop No. 143, First Floor, Edmonton Mall, The Bristol Hotel, Gurugram, Haryana 122001. By using this website, contacting us, or working with us, you agree to the terms below.
What we do
Grihum offers real-estate brokerage and advisory services in Gurugram. This includes helping individual buyers identify, evaluate, negotiate for, and close on residential and commercial properties — primary market (new launches), secondary market (resale), and select off-market opportunities. We are not a developer, a mortgage lender, an investment advisor, a lawyer, or a financial planner. Where adjacent expertise is needed, we will say so and recommend an independent professional, disclosing any referral relationship in writing.
What this website is
This website is a description of who we are, how we work, and how to reach us. Anything on it — case studies, Field Notes, sector commentary, illustrative numbers — is for orientation only and is not a recommendation, an offer, an inducement, or a representation about any specific property. We do everything we can to keep the information accurate, but real estate moves: prices change, projects slip, regulations shift. Always verify current facts directly with us or with the relevant developer, registrar, or regulator before acting.
Working with us
Whenever we work on an actual transaction together, we sign a separate written engagement that sets out: the scope of the search, our fee, any developer commissions disclosed back to you, the duration of the engagement, and either party's right to walk away. Nothing on this website creates that engagement on its own — it begins only when both parties have signed.
Things we don't take responsibility for
The following are outside our scope, even though we may discuss them in conversation:
- Market direction. No one can guarantee future prices. We share our reasoning; you decide.
- Developer delivery. We help you assess possession risk based on past patterns. We don't control whether a developer ships on time.
- Legal title. We work with independent property lawyers for due diligence. Final legal opinion is theirs, not ours.
- Tax outcomes. Capital gains, rental income, GST on under-construction property — these are conversations to have with your tax advisor.
- Rental performance. Yield projections we share are based on then-current comparables and assumptions. Actual rents depend on market conditions.
Intellectual property
The Grihum name, the logo, the wordmark, the visual system, and the original written content on this site are owned by Homeway. Photographs of named developers, projects, and properties are used either with permission, under fair use for editorial commentary, or as publicly available material. If you spot something that needs attribution or removal, please let us know at contact@grihum.com.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Grihum's total liability arising from your use of this website is limited to direct, foreseeable damages and capped at the fees you have paid us in the engagement (if any) giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including lost profit, lost opportunity, or third-party claims.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this site or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana. Before going to court, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith over a 30-day period.
Changes to these terms
If we change anything material, we'll update this page and refresh the "Last updated" date at the top. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated version.
